Endorsement Process

Endorsement Process

There are different processes for endorsements if you are a candidate for a Federal, State, or Local office.

If you are a Federal office seeker (President, Senate, or House) you should fill out the online federal candidate survey found here, and download, sign, and send in the Liberty Compact found on the sidebar of this page. Then the RLCNE Board works in conjunction with the National RLC Board to determine if an endorsement will be made.

If you are a State office seeker (Governor, Legislature, Treasurer, etc.) please send in your request, a signed Liberty Compact, and a completed Endorsement Questionnaire. Then the RLCNE Board will review your request and determine if an endorsement will be made.

If you are a Local office seeker (Mayor, City Council, County Board, etc.) please send in your request, a signed Liberty Compact, and a completed Endorsement Questionnaire. Then the RLCNE Board works in conjunction with the local RLCNE Chapter, if one exists, to determine if an endorsement will be made..

RLCNE endorsements for office seekers are only granted to registered Republicans, unless there are no registered Republicans in the race. Endorsements will not be made in all races, and will only be considered when candidates are deemed to be sufficiently pro-liberty.

More information and questions can be addressed to RLCNE State Chair, Amy Haberman or the RLCNE Endorsement Committee Chair, Levi Lippincott.
